I know the laser is awesome on this thing but I want to make sure I am not taking something supplemental/herbal that may be detrimental to the healing process longterm.  Immortal or any of the guys can probably nail this one.

Currently I take these daily:

Lysine
Taurine
Milk Thistle
GliSODin
Benfotiamine
ALA(w/ high carb meals) w Biotin
Pomegranate Extract
Quercitin
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Iodine
CQ10
Magnesium Oil

Also maybe something I can rub into the scar pre and post lasering that is beneficial like CQ10 or Grapseed Oil.    Currently,  because it tends to itch from time to time(probably cause of sun exposure) I rub Jojoba Oil in which seems to stop the itching.

I have Emu Oil on standby as well as other stuff.  Just wondering what you guys might recommend.

Also OMG did you use that stuff they give you to rub in called Biafine?

Thanks

Hey, DM5!

They didn’t give me anything at all.  I was pretty much ALL LLLT in my recovery (except for that spray bottle to keep it moist for a few days after the surgery).

I just made a thread showing your Transplant Scar Device, and I might as well post the picture here:

Sun exposure will definitely make it itch, by the way.  I think it’s ok to use the device when it itches even if it’s on a day that you aren’t planning to use it.  You could probably use it for less time to control the itch since you really don’t need “biostimulation” to do that -so maybe 5 minutes or so would help.  I don’t know, though… I’ve always used it the full amount.

PS-  Yes, this picture means that I have all my programs up and running again.  Send me ALL THE PICTURES you want me to put in an animated graphic, and I’ll put them together!

Yep, that gagdet is pretty neat.  I didn’t want to use that Biafine stuff anymore.  I thought it said only use the spray on the grafts, ......oh well.

I just sent the pictures.  I was on the road and between residences while taking them so maybe not the best but I think 2-5 show the magic.

I think I might start rubbing in some CQ10 right before I laser maybe for added benefit, followed up by using it for a shorter time and some oil for the itch.
