I read a previous post on Q10 and lipoic acid that it is really good for a regimen. It was mentioned by immortal and that it should be good to be added to it.

Is there a specific brand that can be used on the regimen that couldn’t conflict with the other products on the immortals regimen and where could I get them?

Trelos,

I use Jarrow’s QHSorb(Ubiquinol) CQ10, and Source Naturals R-Lipoic Acid(when I can, high carb/fat meal).  I am going to try the Doctor’s Best at some point.    I don’t see any problem with adding this to the regimen.  CQ10 boosts cellular energy and can only be good for us.  Get Ubiquinol if you can as it aleviates any oxidative stress that your body might experience trying to assimilate it.

TrelosEllinas - Co-Enzyme Q10 or its reduced (active form) Ubiquinol is very compatable with lipoic acid. Each help “recycle” each other.
