I am increasingly experiencing that food choices are far more important than ever I realised. I don’t mean just the level I had taken it to, avoid grains, sugar and dairy etc. (which may be not be totally right either, but is arguably a good starting position in today’s world) I read tonight IH’s excellent article on saturated fats and see I have been overlooking my eating cooked canola oil every day for about three months. Just happened to coincide with some of my worst results…

So can we develop

(i)  a list of foods that are known to beneficially regulate hormones and also, perhaps
(ii) develop a better understanidng of how the whole homonal cascade would play out ideally - and how to inlfuence that to have systemic levels of DHT where they should ideally be, and also used where they are needed.

An agreeable summit would be powerful libido, strong muscle mass and thick hair and skin -

So I’m more convinced than ever that food in all its elements as IH’s article suggests is more critical than I thought, as part of managing or stewarding one’s inner environment - which of course the scalp (and hair) is then literally made up of.

So can anyone please share so we can start creating a list of 5Ar lowering foods and oils, and share resources regarding the overall hormnal map and cascade - so we can time events such as weights, meditation and which foods when in order to better conrtol the hormones from the inside out.
