Neem oil anti DHT shampoo with POly 80

[ # 3 ] July 18, 2010, 03:45 AM i think neem oil is essential for healthy scalp and hair and my daily topicals always contains it, i would recommend applying it dircetly to the scalp as you mix it with thinner oil and some other stuff .. |
