I am just completing my laser helmet and currently use rogaine but want to get a more complete regiment going.

I am not looking to have to do a million things everyday because I know I just won’t have time to do it.

I am looking for the top 5 things I can do so 1. Laser helmet with 250 lasers, 2. Rogaine, 3. ?????, 4. ?????, 5. ????????

Natural is better but not critical.

Can’t do propecia since I already tried it and the side effects were disturbing. (Sex drive is more important than hair in the long run)

I know OMG was looking to put together a regiment list and others have them as well but I can’t seem to find them.

Thanks,
Galen

If you’re planning to use Rogaine I think it would be prudent to add “Hair Muck” to it. It contains saw palmetto, beta sitosterol, polysorbate 80, glycerin, corn oil and BHT. It is designed to be a topical DHT blocker. That is something Rogaine does not target. You can read about my thought process at the link below. At the bottom of the article I talk about those who are planning on using Rogaine. I think if you take a few minutes to read the article it will be well worth your time.

Oh…keep in mind that opinions vary on what regimen to use. I’m just giving you one man’s opinion.

There seems to be a lot of consensus on dropping Rogaine all together. Instead go for Super Zix II and lasers. Use polysorbate 80 to deep clean the scalp before laser use and Emu oil as a pre-laser topical and scalp conditioner.

The immortalhair supplements I’m not sure about. Others speak well of it though.
Hope you get the results you seek.
