Hey guys?

Stopped over at hairsite for lack of anything better to do while lasering (still using craptastic iGrow while waiting for OMG ;o) ) anyway, found this link from a guy who says it helped. He used 1000 mg of vitamin d x3. FWIW my complementary care doctor says we should all be taking between 2000-4000 mg a day as it has shown to be a cancer preventive.

They are still going on about the same old s**t there otherwise.

What think?

I take D3.  I think it is a good thing to take to help you maintain good health, which should help with hair.  I don’t know if it has done anything super for my hair though, but since I’ve been taking D3 2000-5000 iu everyday I don’t get sick anymore.
